HTML5 is the latest iteration of the World Wide Web markup programming language and CSS3 allows for the styling of generated pages. Several new tags are available to us to ensure greater consistency between devices. Therefore it is essentially easier to make a Web site compatible with, for example, mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets.
