Project Management is about achieving goals and objectives whilst following a number of steps, which include introduction, planning, execution, monitoring and control through to completion. At Garlyk we organize each project by following the Agile methodology and also incorporate some custom made approaches in order to improve communication and planning even further.
Code quality routines such as unit and integration testing are included where appropriate as part of the deliverables. This hybrid approach ensures that information such as project challenges and their suitable solutions are provided to the client and our team can then proceed with delivery of the project.
